Who is responsible for your personal data?
Alectiv Group AB is the controller for the personal data you provide to us. We take full responsibility for handling your personal data in accordance with GDPR.
What personal data do we store?
When you contact us via forms on our website, email or phone, we store the information you provide until your matter is resolved. After that we delete details such as name, address, phone number and email address. Your data is never shared with third parties.
Why do we store personal data, and how is it used?
We store this information to manage your enquiries and invoices, and to send important information before, during and after our projects. We may also tell you about other services that could be relevant to you.
What are your rights?
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted. If you want us to delete your information, email info@alectiv.com and we will remove you from our registers. To be removed as a customer you must not have unpaid invoices with us.
Who has access to your personal data?
Your data may be shared within the organisation. We never forward, sell, rent or exchange your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
